Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Blacklist Collective, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Ritz Carlton Knife & Spoon, located at 14900 Chelonia Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32821. The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this sweepstakes.

Entry Period

The sweepstakes begins on 04/19/2026 at 11:00AM and ends on 04/19/2026 at 2:00PM (Eastern Time). Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete the official entry form at the event by providing: your full name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prize(s)

     

      • $150 Gift Card for Dining @ Knife & Spoon

    Approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $300-$600. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent will be offered unless at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

    Winner Selection & Notification

    Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 04/19/2026. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 2 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor may announce the winner on social media (including Instagram) unless the winner opts out in writing.

    Odds of Winning

    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

    General Conditions

    By entering, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

    Release of Liability

    By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind resulting from participation or from the acceptance or use of the prize.

    Taxes

    All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation before receiving a prize valued at $600 or more.

    Governing Law

    This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, FL.

    Void Where Prohibited

    This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
